What is the best method to deliver your photo to PICasso Gifts 'n Things?
Do not send the original photo.
Send a copy of the original image. The best method is an actual copy of the original. You can take your original picture to a photo lab to get a copy or a digital image of the photograph. If you own a scanner, scan the photo to a floppy or CD. PICasso Gifts 'n Things is not liable for damage to or loss of your photo while in the mail system.
You can also email us the digital image. This method is great if you have the digital copy on your computer. Please make sure you include your order number in the subject line of the email.
Due to the viruses that attach themselves to email, all email with attachments without an order number will be deleted.

How do you prepare your photo for shipping?
If you are sending your photographs through regular mail, please make sure you complete the following steps. First, put your photographs in a photo mailer. We recommend that you use a photo or document mailer. You can easily buy it from a post office or office supply store. If you do not have a photo mailer, you can send your photos in a manila envelope. Securely put your photographs between two pieces of cardboard and put it in the envelope. Write "Photos do Not Bend" on the front and back of the envelope. We also recommend placing your photo inside a zip lock type plastic bag for protection from exterior moisture.

What are the enlarging guidelines?
We will enlarge your photo as you wish, but for best results with the enlargement process, we recommend that you send a copy of the original photo. Using our professional high resolution scanning equipment enables us to enlarge with less definition loss of the original photo. If your photo is well focused and scanned at the optimized settings available, the enlargement levels may be increased substantially. The same is true for digital images produced from a digital camera, the higher the resolution, the better the enlargement results. General enlarging guidelines for low resolution photos:
2 X 2 --------------enlarge no more than----------------- 4 X 4 ;
3 X 3 --------------enlarge no more than----------------- 5 X 5 ;
3.5 X 5 ------------enlarge no more than---------------- 5 X 7 ;
5 X 7 --------------enlarge no more than--------------- 8 X 10
