What is the return policy for Personalized Gifts?
You can return any Personalized or PhotoArt Gift within 14 days by mail for a full refund if the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

What is the return policy for PhotoArt Prints?
We send a proof by email for your approval (be sure to include your email address when ordering). If any changes are required, we will work with you until you are satisfied with the finished results. If you are not satisfied with the results, we will return a full refund. Please note: Once the project has been approved and printed, no money is refunded.

How do you return your purchase?
1) Please email us at sales@picassogifts.com with the following information:
a) order number located on the packing slip;
b) description of the item(s) you wish to return;
c) the reason for the return.
2) We will email you back a return authorization code to attach to the package.
3) Package the products securely in the original packaging if possible. Take the package to the carrier of your choice. You may wish to insure your package for a full replacement value and obtain a tracking number to insure the package reaches us.

How do you get credited for returned goods?
Once the package is received and inspected by us, we will process your refund.
If you paid by credit card, the purchase will be refunded on the same card. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a credit to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you paid by check, we will issue you a check for the amount of refund due.
