What are the custom fees for cross border orders?
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from PICasso Gifts 'n Things, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

How much tax will you be charged on your order?
The tax rate applied depends on your ship-to destination. Currently, we are not collecting GST. Ontario residents are charged 8% PST.

What are the shipping and handling charges?
Shipping and handling charges depend on the size and weight of your package and your ship-to destination. To know the exact shipping and handling charges before you buy, simply add your items to your order and check out through our shopping cart. The exact amount of charges will be posted before you actually place an order. For those who prefer to use our online printable order form can either email us for the exact amount required, or using the shopping cart as reference, use the checkout process using the pay by check payment selection to get the amount required.
