Emails get lost. Emails get blocked by spam filters or stuck in a forgotten spam folder. Emails get overlooked or accidentally deleted while you are trying to browse through the spam. And sometimes, email just gets lost along the way.
Many a customer service email request has been replied to only to find out later that you, the client, never got the reply and is upset.
Providing good customer support is important to us and it’s important to you as a customer. Though we try to make ourselves available, there may be times we talking with another customer or working on an order away from the phone. Rather then miss your call, or have you placed on hold, we now offer our support desk to receive, track and respond to requests for help or service.
Our support desk allows us to receive only genuine requests, allowing us to serve you without delays.
