Under copyright laws, customers may only display their video slideshow for personal use own. Mass production without a commercial license from the copyright holder is against the law. Music is supplied by the customer, CD only, or music our company has purchased online in your behalf.

The Fair Use Provision of the music copyright laws must following this criteria

1) The user owns a lawfully-acquired purchased download or purchased copy of the original work.
2) Few personal use copies are made.
3) There is no significant effect on the market or potential market for the copyrighted music. Any professional photograph must include a release from the photographer in writing to be used in any of video slideshow.  This includes but is not limited to school pictures, portraits, photo sittings (such as Walmart, Kmart photo studio) and wedding photos.  We are happy to include credits or
photographer logo if requested by the photographer on your video.
